Mary Magdeline, known as Mamie, was born in April 1882 in Rochester,,Monroe Co.,,,.  Mamie's father was F. Henry Kesel.  Her paternal grandparents were Friedrich (Frederic) Kesel and Magdalene Reisbert. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Frederick John, Edwin Hermann, Eva Gertrude, Catherine (Katie) Barbara, Florence and Florence.  She was the oldest of the seven children.  She died at the age of 85 in June 1967 in Rochester,,Monroe Co.,,,.
