George Fredrick was born on February 25th, 1874 in New York.  George Fredrick's father was John Albert (Johannes) Kesel and his mother was Anna Kathreen (Catherine) Belert.  His paternal grandparents were Franz Anton Kesel and Maria Anna Vetter. He had six brothers and twelve sisters, named Joseph, Frederick H., Frank J., John Albert (Bert), Albert (Bert), Willie, Maria (May) L., Anna Margaret, Katherine, Emma, Elizabeth (Libbie), Jennie, Minnie , Josephine, Lillie Bell (Lydia), Cora Rose, Matilda and Matilda.  He was the eighth youngest of the nineteen children.  He died at the age of 52 in 1926 in Victor, Ontario Co., New York.
