Karl August Hail

Karl August was born in 1829 in Kempten.  Karl August's father was Ulrich Benedikt Hail and his mother was M. Magdalena Haidecker. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Ulrich Benedikt, Gustav, Gottfried, Johann, Johann Jakob, Luise and Juliane.  He was the oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 74 in 1903.
