Russell H. "Deadeye" "Rusty" Kesel Beloved husband, father and grandfather VICTOR - Russell H. Kesel passed away Feb. 21, 2009 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by his brother, Donald Kesel. He is survived by his wife, Marie (Hill) Kesel; children, Karl (Myrna Yoder) Kesel and Dawn (Salah) Amin-Arsala; grandchildren, Temor Amin-Arsala and Roiya Amin-Arsala; brother, Rev. Richard (Mary) Kesel; sister, Gloria (Robert) Borgyon; brother-in-law, Kenneth Hill; and nieces and nephews. Friends may call Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Lucey-VanVoorhis Funeral Home, 301 W. Main St., Victor, where a celebration of Russell's life will begin Saturday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment will be in Boughton Hill Cemetery.
