  Willa Mae "Billie" Kesel, age 80, of Woodbridge, Va., died March 7, 2009 at Potomac Hospital.
  
  Billie is preceded in death by her son, Venoy Gilbert of Woodbridge, Va. She is survived by her husband, James C. Kesel of Woodbridge, Va., her sons Tom Gilbert of Stafford, Va., P.G. Gilbert of Woodbridge, Va., James C. Kesel Jr. of Richmond, Va., brother, Meynard Phillips of Berkeley Springs, W.Va., Nephew, Eddie Sykes of Woodbridge, Va., four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
  
  Billie was a past auxiliary president for the American Legion, Post 364.
  
  A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at Faith Liberty Baptist Church, 16248 Neabsco Rd., Woodbridge, Va. Interment is private.
